Refund and Returns Policy

At athleticshop we strive to provide high‑quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, this policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, exchanges, or returns are accepted.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Custom‑made, personalized, or final‑sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

Step 1 – Contact Us

Before sending any items back, please contact our support team at [email protected] or call +1 (267) 903-7112. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and give you further instructions.

Step 2 – Prepare the Package

Include the RMA number on the outside of the package. Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit. athleticshop is not responsible for items lost or damaged in the return shipment unless a shipping carrier error is proven.

Step 3 – Ship the Return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7‑10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The following deductions may apply:

  • Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied to non‑defective returns.

If the return is rejected because the item does not meet the eligibility criteria, the item will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Exchanges

Exchanges are handled as a return followed by a new order. Once the original item is received and approved, you may place a new order for the desired product. Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.

  • Inspect received items promptly and report any issues within 48 hours.
  • Follow the return instructions precisely, including using the RMA number.
